I arranged with argos for the delivery of the above fire and surround. the fire arrived ok at lunchtime but no sign of the surround. two phone calls were made but no relevant information was forthcoming. after waiting 12 hrs today I have been told to ring again in the morning. what a waste of my time and money. an official complaint in writing will be made tomorrow but I still have not received the surround so what do I do wait all day again tomorrow????//
Hi I brought a wooden Venetian blind couple of months ago then today I brought the same one but in a different size then notice that today the smaller size one is a lighter shade compared to the other one which I ain't happy about its the natural blind so what will happen about this situation please
Dear Argos customer services
We have made an order on 27 June we have contacted the customer services twice and they told us to wait because the supplier still did not send the order. The order for a young boy who have waited so much and still we did not get the order or any updare. We went out compaint to be delt and send the order as soon as possible.
In month of November i purchase electrical cooker from feltham high street ,i they given me gift card of £10
and the person who serve me did not tell me that gift card expire in 4 weeks, i n month of march when i was doing shopping in hounslow when i went to counter they said card is expire .spoken to the manager but she
told me they cant do anything we always do shopping i n argos we think we should stop shopping in argos
because of your staff mistake
The manager was telling to read in receip is mention that you can use with 4 weeks in argos different people
come to shopping some people do not know reading staff responsible to explain them.when you give gift card

Please note this is not a complaint regarding any of your staff who I have found to be very helpful...but have tried on countless occasions to order & even paid for Vivitar kit £19.99 when I did manage to find 1 in your Ramsgate branch the box was not complete plus the camera case does not fit the camera far too small, as I am disabled it is not easy for me to return this item & was told by Lisa again very helpful to just keep it & you will refund my £19.99.
I just want to confirm this & to thank you for your previous help.

I ordered a television off Argos on the 29th December and was given a delivery date of the 15th February. They put the full amount on my Argos card £697 and I have already paid over a £100 off it. I received a call on the 13th February telling me that it wouldnt be delivered. I was offered another television but it was not a smart 3D so i refused.
I contacted there CUSTOMER SERVICES and explained my problem and that I had upgraded my sky package to include 3D so why would I accept a television that was not 3D enabled. The manager said he 'understood' my complaint but all he could do was to offer me the next model up and give me a £100 discount on this as a 'goodwill gesture'. I had to refuse this offer as I would still have to pay and extra £180 which I can not afford.
The conversation ended with him telling me he would return my £100 and there was nothing else they could do.. I have sent a complaint via their online form and I have emailed there whole board of directors (I guessed a few email addresses).
Can anyone tell me if I am wasting my time please? Do I have grounds for a complaint and if so will I get anywhere? Has anyone else had this happen to them and if so what did they do and who did they contact?
I am so angry right now as this was a gift for my partners 50th... any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.
i sent an e-mail regarding a seksy ladies watch the caterloge number said 923/9157. this was not the watch advertised on the shelf could you explain why i couldnt buy the watch priced on the shelf for £49.99 instead of £79.99. my e-mail address is thank you.
i recently went to the argos on squires gate lane in blackpool lancs with my wife. she wanted a seksy watch which she saw in the shop. on ordering the watch priced at £49.99 it wasnt the one she wanted. when we told the gentleman who served us, that the watch in the display cabinet wasnt the one he gave her he checked the number against the one she wanted and it turned out that the watch had been put in the wrong part of the cabinet and that the one my wife wanted was in fact £79.99. i then asked the gentleman that if it is displayed at £49.99 that is the price i should pay. to which the man said no you cant have it at that price then he opened the cabinet and removed the prices. i do belive that the price you see is the price you pay.i would be greatfull if you could clear this matter up please.the date we visited your store was on the 26/1/2014.thank you.
Went into shop on wed checked stock one in shop. Went order item told they couldnt find it but they could reserve one. So got email with reservation number to be in store between frid to tues. Went in frid just to check and was told they were in stock but had not been allecated call back sat. So another journey only to be told the same and call back sunday. Again down town i went this time they said sorry they not come in store yet. Mmm argued and told them what i had been told. So again went down mond and again told they had not been allecated.went in again tues only to be told they had no reservation number and couldnt find me on the system..in total i lost five days bus fare and because i had to take my disabled son it cost me over 20 pound and got nothing in the end. If argos cant get stock then why dont they jist say it. Never once did they say sorry.
I had a new washer 4 weeks ago,it is busted I had a appointment for a repair Tuesday 2nd September the repair people just phoned and said thay will not come till Thursday, I had an appointment but argos are not botherd thay say wate till Thursday we cannot make the repair people come out.
So if you need new washers don't go to argos because if it brakes down thay don't care and are not botherd.
They said it was in stock took the money plus delivery charge . They said it would be delivered in two weeks a week later some creep phoned up saying there having trouble with the stock . There nothing but lying scum an were getting our money back.
I was shopping in Argos today in Eastbourne terminus road. 04/07/13 And may I say the girl on jewellery her name badge read Carla. was very rude and her customer service skills was some what lacking. very arrogant and chewing, chewing gum. I waited several minutes for her service because she was too busy discussing her social life with colleagues!! I have been a loyal customer to Argos and that store because it was convenient for me to access due to my travel issues. I can safely say that I will be taking my business else where from no on. very disappointed!
